• Opportunity to help start a Hospital employed Pediatric practice with one other Physician
• Full-time traditional clinic hours
• Primarily outpatient with some newborn rounding and inpatient with call coverage
• Requires ability to build from ground up with admin support
• Base salary plus wRVU production incentive
