Mon-Thurs ONLY.
2 Shifts per Week.
Cases: GI Mainly. No OB, Ortho, Neuro/Heads or Peds.
Supervision: 4:1
No OT.
No Call.
Paper Charting.
Privileging: 30 days
CRNA, PA license, ACLS, BLS, and COVID vaccine required
