About the Practice:
4000 sq ft office
Three consult rooms
8-9 exam rooms
GYN-oriented practice
Most surgeries are outpatient, not inpatient
Lifestyle-balanced practice
Physician would see no more than 25 patients daily and would likely start off seeing about 10-15.
Five deliveries a month, more or less
Option to become a revenue-sharing partner to the LLC
