The environment in which you can collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians, and staff. We are actively seeking a board-certified Family Medicine provider to join our group, providing high quality outpatient care in a primary care setting.
Education/Licensing Requirements: • Graduation from accredited medical school (MD or DO). • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. • Valid and unrestricted Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain. • Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate • Academic appointments are available.
