• Work Dates Needed: 6/26-9/22/2023
• Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
• Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
• Scope of Work: As a locum Physician, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted IA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert., Proof of Covid vax
• EMR: Allscripts
