I have a General Surgery need available for the Lutheran Medical Group in Ft. Wayne, IN. Both Day & night shifts available. The details are below. Rate: $185/hr Must have Fellowship in Trauma/Surgical Critical Care Day shift: 7AM - 5PM with night back up calls Night shift: 5PM - 7AM (next day) with day back up calls July 8 & 9 - nights July 17 - 21 - days Jul 29 & 30- days Sept 1 - 4 days & nights sept 9 & 10 - nights Sept 14 - 24 days Sept 29 - Oct 1 days Oct 2- 7 nights Oct 9 - 15 days Oct 23 - 29 days Nov 10 - Nov 26 - days Dec 1 - 3 days Dec 18 - Jan 1 nights Dec 21 - Jan 1 - days The day shift is back up call for the night shift occurring immediately after the day shift The night shift is back up call for the day shift preceding the night shift (not shift is almost never called in as daytime back up) The day team has two surgeons and two APPs. One surgeon and APP cover ICU and trauma, the other surgeon and APP cover floors and emergency general surgery. The night team has one surgeon and one APP, who cover the whole service.
