DESCRIPTION:
Need: NP/PA Cardiology
When: Sept 25, 2023 on-going
Scheduled Clinical Hours only
No Call
Stress test experience req'd
EMR: EPIC
100% adult, 95% are scheduled. 5% add-ons
Up to 28 studies per day.
8 MD's in the practice and 3 APP's
Duties: Oversee cardiac imaging diagnostic laboratory for stress testing studies, including resting, exercise, and pharmacological agents for echocardiography and nuclear imaging, or plain treadmill if insurance requires first.
Exam rooms: 3 echo rooms and 1 nuclear lab
Office staff includes: echo sonographers, nuclear tech and RN's
Equip: ultrasound, nuclear camera for SPECT imaging, radiation safety, ACLS crash cart, isotope, and medications to raise hear rate if patient cannon exercise on treadmill.
No hospital coverage
Credentialing: 60 days, possible temp privs with clean fileREQUIREMENTS
WA license
