Description
This tertiary care institution in South Carolina is seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist for Call Coverage ONLY. They offer all service lines with the subspecialty support you may need during your practice here. This includes a Heart and Vascular Center, Level 2 Trauma Center, Chest Pain Accredited Center, 65 bed ER, 2 New Progressively designed ICU towers with 120 beds, Cancer Center, Hospitalist and Intensivist Departments and extensive Women's and Children's Services. In their department you’ll find a team of highly skilled gastroenterologists who specialize in diagnosing and treating conditions that affect the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, liver, pancreas, and gallbladder. From general to interventional gastroenterology, they perform the latest in surgical and non-surgical procedures.
Qualifications -
• Board Certified - Gastroenterology
• Licensed – SC Medical, SC Controlled Substance and DEA
• They will NO LONGER be able to pass a file off for onboarding and credentialing if you does NOT have an active CSR.
Assignment Details -
• Call coverage only
• Typical Day would include rounding on inpatients, handling cases/procedures as needed, and consults as requested
• Volumes vary based on weekend
• EMR System - Epic Compensation –
• Daily Rate - market rate based on provider’s experience
