- 30% Admission rate
- Level 2 Trauma Center
- Requirements
- CV needs to be in MM/YY format
- Active New Hampshire state license and DEA
- Clean malpractice/background
- Board Certified EM
- COVID Vaccination
- Send NPBD and EPA
- Case logs last 24 months
- 2 references needed
- Affiliations go back 5 years
