- Coverage Needed:
- September 17, 2023 - ongoing
- Clinical Information:
- M-Th (7a-5p)
- M-F (7a-3:30p)
- Support customer service for both inpatient and outpatient care
- Not required to float to other units
- Required:
- 2 years experience required
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
