Call: 1:4
Occasional OT
Types of cases: bread and butter to include Ortho, GYN, ENT, plastics, urology, podiatry, GI, general, neuro spine (no heads), pediatrics (small quantities)
CRNAs are supervised 1:3-1:4
Credentialing - 30-60 days
BC, MD license, ACLS, DEA and COVID vaccine required
