Description
Open Dates: Starting in June 2023, ongoing through the end of year
Desired Schedule: (M,W,F) 10 or 12 hour days. 7a-7P or 7a-5p
Reason for Coverage: additional coverage needs
Worksite Setting: Occupational health, Primary Care, Outpatient
Scope of Work: Provider will do some DOT exams each day with a mix of Primary Care and Workers comp cases
Requirements: BLS, DEA, and DOT
EMR/EHR system: eClinical Works
