Description
A health services network in New York is currently seeking a licensed Gynecologist for a promising opportunity at one of their facilities in Orange County.
Responsibilities:
The Gynecologist will:
- Evaluate patient’s health status and provide care, as needed
- Perform GYN procedures/surgeries ( in office or at hospital, surgery center)
- Educate patients by teaching preventative care.
- Document patients’ history and treatments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests; follow-up on patients
- Refer patients to specialists or other Physicians, when needed
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York
- Board Eligible / Certified in Gynecology
- Experience practicing medicine in hospital or private practice
- Proficient with Patient Charting and knowledgeable in relevant charting computer programs
