Work Dates Needed: 7/17-10/27/2023
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm.
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
Scope of Work: As a locum provider, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted CA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert, Proof of Covid vax
