Health system has 800 employees. 90 bed hospital and large multi-specialty group. Family-oriented town with easy interstate access to several large cities. The cost of living is well below the national average. 20 to 25 patients per day. 4 or 5 day work week. Incentive bonus plan based on RVU's. Phone call only 1:4 or 1:5.
