The University of Arkansas Medical School Department of Anesthesiology has multiple openings for BE/BC Anesthesiologists. There are currently needs in CV ICU, Cardiac Anesthesia, Neuro ICU, and General Anesthesia. UAMS is Arkansas's only Adult Level 1 Trauma Center and is the state’s tertiary care referral center. UAMS is a comprehensive stroke center that provides care for Arkansas’s and the surrounding state’s most critically ill patients, providing their residents with a robust clinical experience that will prepare them to chart their future. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a physician passionate about providing exceptional patient care and academia to educate the next generation of anesthesiologists through our programs for medical students, residents, and fellows.

• Flexible shift model that offers you the ability to customize your own schedule with over 25 weeks off a year.
• ICU position is typically split 50/50 between ICU AND OR
• Separate OB team (No OB cases required).
• Competitive base salary based on experience and faculty rank + Signing Bonus + Relocation.
