General Surgeon needed in Grants Pass, OR
Permanent Opportunity
Group consists of 5 general surgeons, 1 colorectal surgeon, 1 PA, and excellent support staff.
125-bed community hospital
Not-for-profit, comprehensive health care system serving 600,000 residents in Southern Oregon and Northern California.
Region's top health care provider, with three hospitals and 40 ambulatory clinics.
Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
BC/BE General Surgeon, OR license, BLS, and COVID vaccine required
Financial Package:
• Year one: Competitive Base Salary
• Year two: The higher the annual base salary or w/RVU-base salary plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
• $50,000 signing bonus
• Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
• $7,000 annual CME allowance
• 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year
