Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician needed for an outstanding outpatient-focused medical group in New Haven County. This ambulatory group is affiliated with an academic health system, focused on providing quality care in the community.

Job Function:

• Providing high quality primary care in an office-based setting, 100% outpatient
• Full hospitalist service available
• Examine, obtain medical history and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Minor teaching/academic interaction with residents who do rotations through the sites
• Focus on care delivery and quality measures in compliance with PCMH and ACO standards
