IDEAL CANDIDATE: BC/BE Internal Medicine MD/DO - practicing physicians and new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

- $300k - $340k Salary + $55/wRVU after annual target of only 4,900 wRVUs
- Annual salary increase of $10,000
- 99% Outpatient
- 15+ ppd in clinic
- Call is 1:6 weekends + 1-2 weekdays per month of  very light inpatient rounding and then go home
- Average inpatient census is only 5 (highest in hospital's history was only 15)
- Candidate IS ALLOWED to negotiate working 5 clinic days on week A and then 3 clinic days on week B in order to have a 4 day weekend every other week
- Clinic schedule is MON-FRI; 8a-5p
- NO NIGHTS AND NO WEEKENDS OUTSIDE OF CALL
