OBGYN Hospitalist

24 hour shifts 7a-7a in-house

7 shifts per month or more preferred, will consider fewer

*** NEW START UP STARTING 7/01/23**

• Delivery room
• Triage
• GYN ED
• Full-spectrum OBGYN Hospitalist work
• Will cross credential at all sites- Irving, Plano, Alliance, Lewisville, Arlington  

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have active TX
•  Medical license and DEA prior to presentation
• Must have clean background and malpractice
• Clinicians must have the below reflected on their case logs in the last 2 years in order to be granted privs:
  • 25 GYN cases with 5 major abdominal surgeries
  • 50+ deliveries

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ATLS
• Board Certified
• Board Eligible
• DEA
• PALS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Texas

ABOUT THE FACILITY

Annual births: 2200

EMR: MediTech/MediMobile

PICU or NICU; Level III 

Average daily census:1-10

C-section rate: 44%
