- Clinical Details
- EMR: Meditech
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Required
- Must have recent EM experience in the last two years
- ACLS, BLS by the American Heart Association
- Indiana License
- Indiana Controlled Substance Registration
- Indiana DEA
