A health services network in Virginia is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a promising opportunity with their growing team at one of their facilities in Arlington.
Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP / PA) will be responsible for:
Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an Outpatient Primary Care role / setting
Completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program with a national certification
VA Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
Patient oriented
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
