CenterWell Senior Primary Care™ provides proactive, preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, screenings, minor injury treatment and more. It is part of Humana’s Primary Care Organization, which is the nation’s largest provider of value-based, senior-focused primary care.

Skills
Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Minimum of two to five years directly applicable experience preferred
Valid, unrestricted Louisiana license.
Current, unrestricted DEA.

A day in the life of a CenterWell physician:Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; no weekends.
Join an experienced team along with a Care Team approach.
See 12-15 patients per day. Opportunity to spend more time with patients.
Thrive in a value-base care model and improve patient’s quality of life.
Acts as a lead and active participant and key source of medical expertise with the Care Team through daily huddles. Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time (charting, meetings, etc.) as it relates to direct patient care.
