As a Geriatric, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine Physician, you'll have the opportunity to:

-Spend quality time with patients, digging into their health stories and truly understanding their needs inside and outside the exam room.
-Take a hands-on, team-based approach to care. Work closely with nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and other providers to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient.

The role:
-Full-time outpatient only, no weekends or on-call
-Patient panel of 12-15 per day
-Emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, care coordination
