JOB SUMMARY:

• Active PA State License
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• BLS Required
• DEA Required

SHIFT/SCHEDULE INFORMATION:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• No after-hours call

JOB INFORMATION:

• Practice Type: Hospital-Based – Free-Standing Clinic
• No Call
• Procedures: Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, Lithotripsy, Stents, Hydroceles
• 1 possibly 2 OR/Surgery Days in Hospital
• Average 20 patients per day
• Solo Practice: No additional Urologist or APPs at this location
