A health services organization in New Hampshire is currently seeking a licensed Physician to join their staff in Hanover as their new Primary Care Physician.

About the Opportunity:

• Setting: Medical Clinic 
• Specialty: Family Medicine 
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (4 days a week)
• Hours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
• Patient Population: Adults

Responsibilities

The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for:

• Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Performing in-office procedures, as needed
• Handling other duties, as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Primary Care role/setting
• Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New Hampshire
• Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine or Medicine / Pediatrics
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based Primary Care
