Coverage Details: Specialty: Urology Department: Urology Start Date: October 16, 2023 End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: Cerner Allowed Holidays: Labor Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Christmas Day, 4th of July, Christmas Eve (1/2 Day Commencing at Noon), Thanksgiving Day Providers Requested: 1 Physician Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges: Required Admissions: Required Temporary Privileges: Available Stroke Certification: Yes Practice Details: Board Certification: Eligible, Fellowship Required Minimum State License: Active license in Wisconsin required Trauma Level: Level 2 Pediatric Level: Level 0 Patients Per Shift: 15-18 Bed In Department: To be determined Rounding: Both inpatient and outpatient Call Details: Call Type: Beeper Avg Call # per 24 Hr: To be determined Call Response Time: 15 minutes Call Ratio: 1:3 Patients Seen: 0-5 Call Back: Percentage and details to be determined Specialty Skills Required: General Urology for Adults, Pediatric, and Neonate patients Advanced Endoscopic Techniques and Laparoscopic Surgeries Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, and Prostatectomy Robotic Surgery and Incontinence Procedures Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) and Renal Transplant Surgery Additional Details: Coverage needed for specific dates and ongoing needs Potential for 20-30 procedures per week Handing off to permanent providers Utilization of "real-time" Mobile Time Clock required If you are a skilled Urologist with a passion for patient care, this locum tenens opportunity offers a unique chance to contribute your expertise to a thriving healthcare environment.
