Looking for a full time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Rural Health Clinics in Parker and Quartzsite, AZ. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated FNP or PA to work in our rural community which is designated as an underserved area by the National Health Services Corp Loan Repayment Program.

• Hours, Days, Call Schedule: Hours 8 am to 7pm, days as scheduled, works 4 10’s per week, no call
• New Graduates? Prefer at least 1-year experience
• General Outpatient duties or are there any Inpatient rounding? See job description no inpatients
• Procedures, Skills, Cases? Treats patients of all ages, some suturing, usual physician’s office duties
• How many Patients seen per day? 15-25
• Special Certifications? Current BLS. CDL certification within 6 months of hire to do physicals
• Salary Range and Benefit Package? salary based on experience. Salary Range $96,075 to $147,950 annually
• Student Loan Repayment? Yes
• Sign-On Bonus. Yes
• Location? Parker and Quartzsite, AZ
• Bilingual of any kind? Nice to have
• Vaccinated? Either
