Description
Work Dates Needed: Asap - Ongoing
Preferred Schedule: 12-hour physician shifts
Worksite Setting: Inpatient
Scope of Work:
21,000 annual volume
Level III Trauma Center
12-hour physician shifts 12 hours of APP coverage
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
ABEM/AOBEM Board Certificate or Board eligibility
New Grads & Residents not accepted
Minimum two years recent experience requiredMust have a clean file/background no malpractice
- Procedure logs (last 2 years)
- Updated CV, driver’s license, color photo, state medical license (including licensure held in other states), CSR, DEA, education certificates, 5 year malpractice history, need narrative & legal documentation if provider has claims, ECFMG if applicable, ABEM/AOBEM Board Certificate, Board eligibility letter, TB/PPD/Quantiferon/Chest x-ray (within 12 months), COVID, and FLU (seasonal).
