Need: NP/PA - Employee Health Clinic/Occ Med

Dates: 8/7-10/9/23 with the option to extend

Shifts: Mon-Fri: M/Th/F 8:30a-5p, Tu/W 10a-7p

Duties: NP must be DOT certified

Cambridge City, IN:

Needs: NP - Employee Health Clinic - Primary Care/Occ Med

When:  Oct 6, 7am to 4pm

Duties: Primary care and chronic disease management; biometrics. Some light occupational health. DOT physicals (must be certified)

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in Urgent Care or Occ Med is a plus

BLS and/or ACLS required

IN Active State License

DOT Certification
