- Work Dates Needed: will have shifts through the year due to PTO / Vacancy
- Preferred Schedule: M - F 7a-3p this site uses CRNA or OB call if you are interested
- Worksite Setting: Hospital / Suburb of Columbus
- Scope of Work: Ortho, GS, OB/GYN, ENT, ENDO, Healthy Peds - no hearts, no heads
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: OH license, CAQH online application, case logs to support privilege request, PPD/COVID/FLU
- EMR: EPIC
