Outpatient primary care opportunity for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician located just 45 min east of Tulsa, OK.

• Beautiful area for outdoor living in eastern Oklahoma
• Outpatient primary care and inpatient rounding in hospital
• BC/BE - Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week
• Unassigned call rotation 1:4
• New practice startup - grow to 25-30 ppd very quickly
