We have an exceptional permanent position available for a Physician Assistant with expertise in General Surgery and Trauma. This role encompasses a blend of clinical, operating room, and inpatient responsibilities, offering a well-rounded and fulfilling professional experience. Job Description: Location: Ohio (Vague Geographic Area) Responsibilities: Balancing clinic, OR, and inpatient duties Hours: Full-time commitment with a minimum of 40 hours per week Shifts: Four 10-hour shifts per week Weekend Rotation: Weekend on-call rotation of 1 in 4 Qualifications: Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Certification: Board Certified Physician Assistant Licensure: Must hold a valid Ohio license or be eligible to obtain one Community Ties: Preference for candidates with local ties Relocation: Openness to relocating within the community is expected Compensation: Compensation will be based on candidates' experience and training Pay is flexible and competitive, reflecting individual qualifications Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including Medical and Dental Premiums Support for Student Loan Assistance and relocation Substantial PTO allocation of 240 hours/year Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance If this opportunity resonates with you and you desire to learn more, we encourage you to reach out.
