Position Details: Specialty: Emergency Medicine Start Date: Immediate need Number of Openings: 1 Assignment Type: Ongoing locum tenens Shifts: Varied shifts: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am Weekend Requirements: Yes On Call Requirements: No call Job Description: Manage emergency cases in a fast-paced environment Attend to patients in the Emergency Department, Fast Track, and ICU Bed Size: 10 in ED, Fast Track & ICU Admission Rate: 15% Trauma Designation: Level 2 EMR Charting: MediTech Patient Load: 1.5-2 patients per hour Requirements: Active Texas Medical License Board Certified in Emergency Medicine ACLS, ATLS, BLS, DEA, NPI Minimum of two years recent experience required Clean malpractice/background for temporary privileges Availability: Immediate availability preferred Number of shifts available per month Open months in schedule Shift preferences (Day, Night, Blocks, etc.) Unavailable dates in the next 3-6 months Openness to working holidays in the next 3-6 months If you're a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician seeking an enriching locum tenens opportunity in the captivating city, seize this chance.
