·        Outpatient

·        EMR Charting

REQUIRED: 

·        AL state license; active, unrestricted, DEA & Dispensing Permit

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

SCHEDULE:

·        8:00am-5:15pm w/ 30 min lunch

·        Variable Shift Schedule As Needed: PRN/Per Diem
