and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.Compensation and Benefits:

o RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold

? Outpatient Rural Health Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
? Provider schedule – Four 10-hour days per week
? Average of 13-17 patients per day
o For providers averaging 15+ patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a scribe can be provided
? 11 exam rooms
? 1 non-stress testing room with up-to-date equipment
? 2 ultrasound machines for clinic use
? Behavioral health on-site for consultation and warm handoff
? 1:3 call
? Dedicated Family Birthing Center with certified lactation consultant services
? Fulltime, permanent
? Epic EMR integrated in clinic and hospital setting Facility
This is an independent 501(c)3 not-for-profit health system that includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics. Located in Northeast Oregon, La Grande is nestled within the mountain ranges that dominate our landscape – Blue Mountains to the west and Eagle Caps to the southeast. These mountains surround the Grande Ronde Valley, the second largest enclosed valley in the world. Needless to say, we enjoy a diverse and rich outdoor lifestyle. The Mount Emily Recreation Area (MERA) is just two miles from La Grande, providing nearly 3,700 acres of year-round access to the Blue Mountains.
