Job Details:

• Specialty: Family Medicine
• EMR / Charting: EPIC
• Minimum Years Experience: 1
• Illinois State License Required
• DEA Required
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS

Scope of Work:

• Standard Family Medicine
• Patient Load: 15-18 patients per day
• Patient Demographics: Adults (75%), Pediatrics (25%)
• Support Staff: Full-time Nurse Practitioner and an additional part-time MD (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)
• No procedures or call

Compensation:
