DESCRIPTION: I’m looking for a Primary Care physician to provide coverage in Missouri. This is an outpatient clinic for company employees and their families. The patient population 2 and up. Will consider Internal Medicine doctors if experienced/comfortable w/age 2+.  Credentialing is FAST, approx 1 week. Please call if you are looking for PRN shifts
 

Locations and Open Dates: Long term and sporadic, PRN shifts available on-going! 
Marshall, MO: Ages newborn+, Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, Wellness only (No OccMed for Locums), No DEA or dispensing license req'd
   9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/2-5, 10/9-12, 10/19, 10/26
   Schedule Hours: Mon-Thurs: M/Tu 10a-7p, W 8a-12p, Th 3p-7p 

St. Joseph, MO: Ages 6+
 9/5-8 Tues-Fri: 6a-2:30p


REQUIREMENTS: 
·        MO state license; active, unrestricted
·        BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
·        2 years’ experience
·        Must be able to see all ages
