A Primary Care practice in southern coastal Oregon has an immediate urgent need for locum coverage due to a physician unexpectedly being out on Leave of Absence for the next few months. They are looking for a provider who can start immediately upon completion of the 2 week locum creds. • ASAP for 90 days
• M-F 8-6
• Full time for continuity of care 5 (8s) or 4 (10s)
• Will accept all FP/IM/MedPed Board Certifications/Eligibility
• Procedures/Scope: May do small in office procedures if wanted, not required.
• Life Certs: BLS required. ACLS recommended
• Patient Volume: 15 per day, all adults
• Must be OR licensed and have active DEA
• Practice also includes: 1 Family Physician, 2 FNPs, 1 PA and a same day clinic staffed with 2 additional PAs.
• Client also has perm needs at other sites.
