    • Monday - Friday, 7a-5p
    • 1 week a month preferred
    • Call is beeper call from home up to 2 weeks per month
• Clinical Information
  • 35-50 cases per day - Combined OR/CVOR/endo cases
  • Support: Full OR staff
  • EMR: Anesthesia: Medaxion, Hospital: Meditech/Patientkeeper
• Required 
  • Board Certified
  • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active 
  • Current Flu Vaccine 
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 
    • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
