- Trauma Level 1
- Neuro Interventional Radiology
- 2 Bed per dept
- In-house call back per shift 3-5
- Coverage needed 24/7
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Fellowship Preferred
- Active AZ License
- ACLS, BLS
