Description
Seeking BE/BC Pediatrician to join private practice in NW Maryland.
Details:
- Team of 5 Pediatricians, 1 ped NP and 1 PA
- Full time providers have a 4 day work week, same day off each week. 12-1 lunch break. Typical day ends around 5 pm. Late day, each has 1 per week, is only until around 6 pm.
- Patients seen per day: 20-25, closer to 20. Saturday 8:45 to noon, once every 4-5 weeks
- Procedures not required, a couple physicians choose to do circumcisions at the hospital, but is not required
- Call: shared weekend call – answering service handles night calls, mostly ambulatory pediatrics. Local hospital has moved from inpatient peds with admitting docs to outpatient observation. Works out to doing an occasional pediatric observation.
