seeking a BC/BE electrophysiology cardiologist to join our growing department. Join two supportive mid-career EP partners in the most complex and complete EP program in the region. The EP group works with five interventional and non-interventional cardiologists, three cardiothoracic surgeons and extensive midlevel provider and administrative support. This position offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, with excellent earning potential.

Responsibilities include:

• Complex ablations, including atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia; epicardial work is available but not necessary
• All manner of device procedures, including safe and effective cardiac resynchronization and leadless pacemaker cases.

Special skills of interest include neurocardiac ablation (the center has the most experience in the region with this procedure) and left bundle branch area pacing.

This partner will practice primarily at Medical Center, a 706-bed facility, and will serve the system with 1,194 beds total. This busy and growing system sees 300,000 ER/urgent care visits per year, 232,000 hospital-days of patient care and more than 1,500,000 clinic visits each year. The two electrophysiologists are the sole providers of EP procedures in this high-volume system, and adding a third partner will allow for continued growth of the program. 

is a Level 1 STEMI, Level 1 Trauma and Level 1 Stroke Center. We are the only system in the region performing high-volume, complex EP procedures, and the only center in the region at all performing several types of ablations. Other hospital networks refer all complex ablation out of city.
