OBGYN Opportunity in Southern KY, 1 hour from Nashville, TN

• A multi-specialty medical group (completely owned by the physicians) is looking for a BE/BC OBGYn to join them.
• Group overall currently has over 150 primary care, subspecialty physicians and clinical providers.
• OBGYN group has 7 physicians doing deliveries, plus 3 doing GYN only, and 4 Nurse Practitioners.
• Admit to a level 2.5 nursery with 11 LDR’s and (NO LDRP’s); has full time neonatologist and NPs (one hospital – Med Center Health; second hospital in town does not do deliveries)
• Hospital does 2400 deliveries of which the group does over half. 
• Excellent payor mix
• Blend of OB vs GYN with the average number of surgeries per week of 7 per physician
• C-section rate is 30% including repeat and primary
• Nursery can keep babies 28 wks and above, other go out. Postpartum – 34 beds on 2A & 2B
• AllScripts EMR is utilized
• All positions are a first year guarantee with upside potential.  This is a 1 year to partnership track
• At the end of the first year, if mutually agreeable, they are offered shareholder or ownership.
• Buy in is around $12,000 the first year and then $20,000  spread  over the next five 
• Eligible for production formula in the first year if they exceed guarantee and become a shareholder. Second year begins income via the production based compensation formula.
