DESCRIPTION:
When: 10/24 - 11/28 Mon-Fri: M/Tu 7a-4p, W/Th 9a-5:30p, F 8a-1p (Mon-Thurs have 30 min unpaid lunch)
Duties/Addt'l Details: Advanced Practice Provider to assist with staffing needs at our Kwik Trip site in Appleton, WI. The scope of work is primary care, seeing ages 2 years+. Very light occupational injury management. We do onsite lab draws and some CLIA testing. There is a full-time Senior Medical Assistant onsite, and a Behavioral Health Specialist. The EMR is Epic. REQUIREMENTS
Active WI license
BLS
