Description
Work Dates Needed: 12/18-3/15/2024
Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
Scope of Work: As a locum Physician, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Candidate must become DOT certified (we can provide training) and be able to suture.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WI license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, Proof of Covid vax, DOT Cert Preferred.
