Monday-Friday
Call 1:6
77 bed acute care hospital
5,000 cases/year
1500 endoscopy cases
4 OR's
2 procedural rooms
Adult cases only
Support Staff: 7 providers, no OB
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
CRNA, OR license, ACLS, and COVID vaccine required
