ASAP-ongoing
Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Call negotiable
412-bed hospital
Level II Trauma Center
12 operating rooms, 2 EP suites, 4 endoscopy rooms, 2 c-section suites
Types of Cases: Cardiac, Thoracic, Major Vascular, Pediatrics, Neurology, trauma, outpatient, regional, orthopedics, obstetrics
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
CRNA, PA license, ACLS, and COVID vaccine required
