Locum Tenens Opportunity for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Join our dynamic team! We're seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide essential coverage at the beautiful vicinity of BUXTON, North Carolina. New providers will receive orientation the day before their scheduled start date. Position Details: Location: (Near Buxton, NC) Specialty: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Job Highlights: No on-call duties Collaborative team of experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants Supported by a team consisting of 1 physician, 4 providers, and 10 nurses Involvement in COVID testing procedures Required Certifications: BLS or ACLS AANP or NCCPA certification required Practice is entirely outpatient Required procedures include suturing, splinting, burn care, I&D, foreign body removal, elbow reduction, and laceration repairs Equipped with X-ray, iStat, CBC, and 7 examination rooms Utilizes EPIC EMR system Additional Information: New providers will receive orientation on the day preceding their scheduled start date.
