NP / Nurse Practitioner / New York / Permanent / Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Women's Health Job

A health services organization in New York is looking to add a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) is joining their Women's Health team in Westchester County.

About the Opportunity:

• Specialty: Women's Health
• Setting: Outpatient 
• Schedule: 4 to 5 days a week (rotating Saturdays)
• Patient Volume: 3 to 4 patients per hour

Responsibilities:

The Women's Health NP / PA will:

• Act as part of the medical services team providing reproductive and prenatal health care
• Provide relevant health instruction to include family planning, nutrition, sexual counseling, and principles of health promotion and maintenance
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Operating Room experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Experience in a Hospital setting
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
